Senior Director

We're looking for an experienced remote Senior Director of Sales Operations to join our GTM Operations team. Reporting to the VP of GTM Strategy and Operations, you'll:

• Support the Zscaler Global Sales Organization focused on alignment/partnership with the GVP, Area Sales VPs and all sales leaders
• Define and deliver leading indicating sales metrics, key performance indicators and other analytics to internal stakeholders with the business intelligence team
• Design and launch new initiatives around pipeline and improved close rates
• Drive business process, workflow creation and re-engineering and productivity improvement initiatives
• Lead all functional engagement for the Sales organization into other key organizations including but not limited to: Finance, Sales Compensation, Business Development, Partner/Channel, Marketing, Customer Success and others
• Define, Build, and Operationalize new GTM Velocity motions in direct alignment with the Partner and Marketing Organizations

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
