The House of Commons Sergeant-at-Arms and Corporate Security is currently looking to staff the Manager, Business Resilience position.
The Manager, Business Resilience is accountable for leading the creation, implementation and renewal of the corporate Business Resilience Program as well as programs related to security in constituency offices. In this role, you will lead the alignment of plans with those of external agencies and the organization’s vision. In addition, you will monitor adherence to the project plan, provide your expertise, oversight, and assistance to decision-making in time of crisis in order to ensure the House of Commons maintains critical business functions during times of disruption or emergency.
The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker, possess excellent communication skills, ability to analyse complex issues, and have exceptional organizational skills. Furthermore, being able to work under pressure, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships across the organization are also essential to the role.
