Staff Accountant

The staff accountant will play a vital role in the company’s hypergrowth. The staff accountant will work closely with the Finance Team and relative parties to create financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable. The staff accountant will need to familiarize himself/herself with the moving parts of the business operations and how to optimize them and act as a strategic player in the company. The staff accountant is required to prepare financial reports as required by the Company. Experience with SaaS companies is a must.

Requirements:

• Financial Operations Management
  • Responsible for the daily financial operations, including recording day-to-day transactions and completing journal entries for revenue and expense accounts. You will be responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure accurate posting of transactions in the appropriate books and ledgers.
  • Supervise petty cash, reimbursements, and cash advances.
• Processes and Reporting
  • Actively participate in the accurate and timely month-end closing and reporting processes.
