We are looking for a Staff Data Analyst (all genders) to join the BI and Marketing Analytic ( BIMA) team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This is a global position working closely with our brands in over 70 countries and implementing strategy from our HQ in Berlin.

BIMA is part of the Global marketing team responsible for central BI and marketing analytics . BIMA’ s team mission is to drive marketing actions through data-driven solutions & strategic insights to ensure sustainable growth. We drive strategic projects such as customer segmentation, marketing ROI measurement , CLV and support the C-level in making strategic decisions across all brands and countries.

The Staff Data Analyst will be responsible for optimizing our marketing strategies through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing leads , product, and data science teams, and regional analytic teams to analyze marketing performance and optimize our acquisition and retention strategies.

Your key responsibilities include :

  • Utilize analytics to provide actionable insights on marketing performance.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and other experimental frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Create tools , KPI frameworks, and reports to measure ROI of marketing spend. Continuously monitor and guide marketing spend across various channels to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze and improve the customer segmentation to drive targeting strategies in the local markets and increase customer retention
  • Create statistical models to project customer lifetime value, measure customer acquisition costs (CAC) and use analytics to reduce CAC and increase LTV
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on data needs and create global guidelines on how data needs to be collected and consumed.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on user retention for technology-driven consumer facing companies.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Big Query, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Python/R).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and other experimental design methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including CRM, paid search, social media, and content marketing.
