What You’ll Do

• Analyze and align P&E leadership on the K-12 market including an ongoing pulse of market dynamics, prospective partners, competitors, and macro trends.
• Identify opportunities to crystallize our differentiation in the market. Understand our clients’ needs and form strategies that result in a comprehensive and valuable experience for clients.
• Based on a thorough assessment of Apptegty’s products/portfolio, develop strategic options (with high actionability) across build, buy, and partner scenarios against offensive or defensive opportunity areas.
• Partner with P&E leadership to reach consensus and alignment on the strategic direction of the portfolio or particular product(s) via rapid iteration cycles of continuous feedback.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of product experience for a software company, scale-up, or consulting firm
• Experience in the K-12 or higher education technology industry is preferred
• Experience with product strategy, partnering with different teams internally, and leadership
• Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization
• Organized and detailed-oriented; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
