Insurance Verification Specialist

An Insurance Verification Specialist provides remote administrative and technical support to healthcare and legal professionals, focusing on tasks that improve efficiency and allow for more patient and client care.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Handle billing, payments, and health insurance details.
• Review and update medical and billing records.
• Handle correspondence (emails, letters, faxes)
• Provide general administrative support
• Monitor treatment status and prepare summaries.
• Collect and organize client documents.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English.
• Experience in handling legal and medical documents
• Proficiency in virtual office tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and critical thinking skills
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work in US time zones
