Job Description:

The Strategic Account Manager, Services is responsible for managing key client accounts, developing long-term relationships, and fostering a deep understanding of the clients' business needs. This role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing the potential of strategic partnerships. The Strategic Account Manager, Services will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, with a specific focus on Lifecycle support. They will work closely and will be the stakeholder and connection between the commercial and services teams, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded through innovative solutions, exceptional service, and dedicated support.

This position can be located anywhere in the US.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management service matters.
