This role is:
- This role requires the leadership and management of experienced IT BA resources who are dedicated to the analysis of business requirements and the delivery of appropriate Information Technology (IT) solutions across the Company.
- As practical leader in business analysis domain

This role is to:

• Be accountable for the requirement clarifications with business user.
• Be accountable for translation into IT specification from business requirements.
• Be accountable for conducting coordinate between business and IT side for any misunderstanding and agreed on solution to move forward.
• Be accountable for conducting UAT plan and UAT test cases.
• Be accountable for engagement with any new initiatives from business.
• Be accountable for finalize the functional condition to close project with business.
• Be accountable for implementation plan both in-house development and outsourcing development
• Be accountable for support both system and business training
• Assist the IT Solution Head by taking responsibility for the implementation of strategic solutions
• Maintain oversight of all IT strategic projects being managed across the organization.
• Work closely with Project Sponsors to define Project objectives, scope, key deliverables, budget, and implementation plan.
• Collaborate with project leads to deliver initiatives within the agreed scope and timescale to achieve objectives efficiently
• Team management and staff development

• Tham gia vào việc kiểm tra, đối chiếu giữa nhu cầu và thực tế, đảm bảo phần mềm đạt yêu cầu sử dụng
• Tham gia vào việc nghiên cứu, tư vấn người dùng phát triển và cung cấp giải pháp thông qua quy trình quy định
• Lập kế hoạch thực hiện, làm việc với đội ngũ phát triển phần mềm nội bộ & những nhà cung cấp dịch vụ phần mềm
• Tham gia hướng dẫn hệ thống cho người dùng
• Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng Giải pháp CNTT bằng cách chịu trách nhiệm triển khai các giải pháp chiến lược
• Duy trì giám sát tất cả các dự án chiến lược CNTT đang được quản lý trên toàn tổ chức, đưa ra các sáng kiến ​​trong phạm vi và thời gian cho phép của dự án nhằm hiệu quả công việc quản lý dự án
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Nhà tài trợ dự án để xác định mục tiêu, phạm vi, các kết quả sẽ được thực thi chính, quản lý ngân sách và kế hoạch thực hiện dự án.

Qualifications / Bằng cấp

• Educated to degree level in a Computing discipline or equivalent.

• Over 3 years with BA experience or User experience in system development; prefer in life insurance industry.

(Trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm phân tích hệ thống hoặc phát triển hệ thống; ưu tiên trong ngành bảo hiểm nhân thọ)

• Experience of system development management, prefer Agile

(Có kinh nghiệm trong quản lý phát triển hệ thống, ưu tiên Agile)

• Strong business analysis skills and business process engineering skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication of complex technical issues to non - technical users at all levels of the Organization.

• Excellent English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira & Confluence, Jigma

• Team management and staff development

• Project budget management and financial controls, Vendor management

• Ability to manage relationships at various levels within the organization
