Head of Marketing Operations

The Head of Marketing Operations will spearhead the creation and implementation of the marketing operations function at Montu. The focus of this role will be to design and implement the systems and processes that underpin the seamless execution and delivery of marketing campaigns for Montu. This will include retention, performance, TTL advertising, partnerships, PR, events and everything in between.

With the support of senior stakeholders the Head of Marketing Operations will collaborate cross functionally (legal, executive, product/tech, data) to develop the ways of working that enable teams to triage workflow and ensure deadlines are met across all departments.

Operations

• Drive all operations within marketing to ensure efficient delivery end-to-end.
• Set cross-functional ways of working across teams (Legal, Product & Tech, Marketing, Data etc.) to enable alignment, smooth progression of workflow through the business, and the successful, and timely completion of projects.
• Ensure day-to-day resourcing, scoping, estimating, execution and quality control of integrated productions - large and small.
• Maximise efficiencies across teams.
