Non-Conformance Authority Engineer

What will you be doing?

As a Non-Conformance Authority Engineer (NCA), you will join our Derby team to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To identify, analyse and classify all non-conformances within an aerospace environment;
• Generate detailed non-conformance reports (NCR's) which lists any corrective actions taken during a process;
• Evaluate the potential risk associated with any aspect of the non-conforming item and then co-operating with the relevant engineers/stakeholders to further evaluate.

Requirements

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

• Must have a Masters or Bachelors degree within a relevant field of engineering;
• Must hold the full right to work within the UK and be able to work in Derby as you will be required to work on-site;
• 6+ years of experience within a non-conformance authority setting;
• The ability to work as part of a large existing team and to communicate all relevant information to senior members of staff.
