Bank Customer Service Representative

Join our world-class team at Canadian Tire Bank, supporting and providing exceptional customer service to Canadian Tire Bank card members. As a Remote Bank Customer Service Representative, you will handle a wide range of telephone inquiries in an effective and courteous manner. This includes addressing general account information, payment and purchase inquiries, as well as presenting and educating customers on the various portfolios offered by Canadian Tire Services

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

What you bring

• Bilingual in both French and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior problem solving abilities, and solid decision making skills
• Active listening skills
• Computer knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated passion for driving an exceptional customer experience
• Minimum one year of customer service experience in retail, fast food, hotel & hospitability industry, etc.
• Demonstrated active listening, professional verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated aptitude to learn and support with basic browser-based functions

Our current department hours of operation are 8:00am – 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00am – 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Your scheduled shifts will vary according to business needs and the individual's given available time frames. Availability requirements range between days, evenings and weekends.
