ADM Intake and Admin Agent

The ADM Intake and Admin Agents are responsible for opening ADM referrals as well as responding to inbound questions regarding the Disability Management Services and referral process.

• Answers incoming calls: assisting employees by providing information regarding their Disability Management Services.
