The People Team at hyperexponential is central to continuously developing our culture of high performance and enabling leaders to support every hxer (this is what we like to call ourselves) in unlocking their potential. From onboarding to professional development, performance management, and off boarding, we are here to create something truly unique in people experience. Your Mission

Following our significant Series B round, we’re currently scaling both in the UK and internationally. We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join us in scaling a truly remarkable business. The successful candidate will work with all members of the People team and across our leadership team in taking new initiatives to the business, supporting managers in how they lead, measuring the success of what we do and always keeping one eye on how we can innovate next.
