Nuovo Photography, a premier photography studio dedicated to uplifting and empowering women, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Operations Lead. Based in Montreal, with studios across Canada, Florida, and Texas, Nuovo specializes in semi-nude artistic photography. Our mission is to create a safe space that empowers individuals to embrace their authentic selves, guided by an exceptional all-female team through a transformative photoshoot experience.
As a Program Operations Lead, you will focus on reporting, operationalizing, and improving key initiatives across all departments. You’ll tackle critical problems, influence planning and prioritization, and establish frameworks that enable teams to excel and achieve collective goals. Additionally, you'll provide program management support using agile methodologies, tailoring solutions to various programs while overseeing large-scale projects in an agile, virtual environment. Every day is different and we thrive on ambiguity. You’ll adapt to shifting approaches, situations, and priorities, and use your experience and judgment to create the best possible outcomes.
