Senior Bid Manager

As a key contributor to the Rest of the World (EMEA/APAC) Enterprise Customer/Employee Experience/Market Research Sales Team and the Market Research Agency Sales Teams, you will form strong internal partnership relationships, leading multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of the bid process for all industry sectors. You will understand client needs and priorities, formulating bid strategies, and developing, negotiating, and presenting technical and commercial proposals.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison between the Sales Team and the rest of the business in the bid qualification (bid go/no go) process for new opportunities, including working across different time zones (APAC Region).
• Schedule and run bid kick-off meetings, leading strategy development sessions.
• Create and finalize submission packaging of all RFPs.
• Coordinate proposal governance and sign-off using established best practice bid procedures and processes.
• Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from multiple internal departments.
