CDD Lead Analyst

As a CDD Manager you will be responsible for conducting detailed investigations of Group Digital/Multi Channel customers to detect money laundering risks and potential vulnerable gamblers. These investigations are conducted to ensure that the customer can legitimately support their levels of play and are protected from gambling harm.

Reporting to the CDD Operations Manager. you will be part of the CDD Team.

What you will do

• Support and deputise for the CDD Operations Manager in delivering the department’s objectives.
• Monitor and provide guidance on CDD Reviews to ensure that concerns relating to money laundering, responsible gambling or affordability are appropriately escalated and action taken.
• Take ownership of high-risk and high-value cases ensuring these are dealt with promptly, maintaining an excellent standard of service and seeing the case through to resolution.
• Review information from various sources to proactively identify potential ‘at risk’ customers and make informed decisions determining appropriate mitigation actions for any risk identified.
