As an Internal Auditor Analyst, your mission will be to add value and support the organization by enhancing its operations, improving the internal controls environment, and strengthening governance processes. As an Internal Auditor Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Assist Internal Audit Specialist in identifying and evaluating the company's
  audit risk area and providing significant input into the development and
  execution of an annual risk-based audit plan;
• Participate in audits and reviews in accordance with professional
  standards and EBANX Global Internal Audit Manual, including the process
  understanding, walkthrough, identification of risks and controls,
  evaluation of the control design effectiveness; development of internal
  audit programs, data analysis and testing the operational control
  effectiveness, as well as evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of
  the auditee’ internal controls;
• Identify issues and opportunities for improvement, discuss these with the
  audited area, and provide recommendations and solutions to enhance the
  control environment;
• Provide clear, sufficient, and well-documented evidence to support work,
  issues, and recommendations in line with Internal Audit methodology and
  professional standards;
• Review and evaluate action plans proposed by the auditee to ensure they
  address risks and internal control deficiencies;
• Monitor the implementation of action plans for identified internal control
  deficiencies to ensure that audit findings receive appropriate
  management attention and corrective action is implemented in a timely
  manner;
• Contribute to the development of internal audit processes improvements,
  including the development of automated routines.

Main requirements for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in an audit-related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Must be a team player, proactive, and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, innovation, and drive for results.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact, using indirect influence to build consensus and support.
• Possess a curious mind that thrives on identifying root problems and delving into details.

What else would we like to see?

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other relevant certification.
• Experience in Big Four accounting firms or multinational companies as Internal Auditor.
• Knowledge of information security assessment standards and best practices, as well as information security-related laws and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, LGPD/ISO 27701, and other data privacy laws).
