Are you ready to help shape the future of Employee Relations? We’re seeking an experienced ER Advisor with the vision and drive to help establish our Centre of Excellence from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be an instrumental partner to the Employee & Labor Relations Lead, tasked with supporting to drive a culture of accountability and excellence and a positive employee experience. You will do this through policy and big picture strategy work, all while handling a diverse range of ER cases.

This role will report to the Employee & Labor Relations Lead and will be based in London.
What you'll do
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues to managers
- Be a trusted partner to the P&C Business Partnering team, ensuring timely and compliant resolution of ER cases
- Advise on the interpretation and application of company policies, procedures, and global employment legislation (predominantly US and UK)
