We believe in teamwork, fun, complex projects, and simple solutions. How about you? We are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to join our team as a Creative Proposal Maker. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting compelling and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of bid management, RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, and business development.

Would you like to…?

  • Develop and produce high-quality, creative, and persuasive proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather and analyse proposal requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth research on clients and their needs to tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Develop compelling storylines and messaging that align with the company's brand and target audience.
  • Design and create visually appealing proposal layouts and graphics.
  • Ensure proposals are compliant with RFP/RFI/RFQ guidelines and meet submission deadlines.
  • Manage the proposal development process, including tracking and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of proposal templates and libraries.
  • Participate in bid strategy discussions and provide input on win themes.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and developing proposal strategies.

We would like you to have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in proposal development and writing.
  • Proven ability to create compelling and persuasive written content.
  • Strong understanding of bid management, RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, and proposal lifecycle.
  • Experience in business development and sales support.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Numbers, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in Sales & pipeline data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the Design industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and layout software.
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Knowledge of Human-Centred Design methodology is a plus.
