As the Product Manager in the Account Experience squad, you will own the end to end experiences in how a customer manages their account settings including self-service capabilities and how they can get help when they need it.

You’ll continuously monitor and synthesise customer feedback through voice of the customer thematics, complaints and call centre data and product analytics, then identify opportunities and product insights to improve the account management experience for customers.

You will work closely with Product Design, Engineering, Data and Operations teams at Zip to improve key customer journeys including:

• Managing customer personal information and notification settings
• Viewing account activity and statements
• Help entry points
• Closing, deactivating and reactivating accounts
