IT Support Specialist

SEB is looking for several IT Support Specialists to join our Employee IT support team, a team within Digital Workplace in SEB Technology. The team is currently expanding and provides one point of contact IT support service for all SEB Group employees from 20 countries globally. You will be a part of team that assists employees by resolving their daily IT issues. You will be working in a team of friendly professionals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Provide 1st line IT support via phone.
• Take ownership of incident coordination.
• Review support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy.
• Use such support tools as remote desktop control and knowledge management database.
