Reporting to the Vice-President of Business Development, the Sales Development Representative works closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and plan outreach activities targeting potential new customers in Quebec and Ontario for Spiria. Your main responsibility will be to be the first point of contact in generating new qualified opportunities using different strategies and tools. (via email, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Zoom info, etc.).

As a Sales Development Representative at Spiria, your will be required to :

  • Develop business opportunities by identifying and attracting new customers in line with the organization's vision and sales objectives;
  • Conduct market research to proactively identify and qualify potential new customers;
  • Create lists of targeted new prospects, create reports, and track metrics for prospecting campaigns under your responsibility;
  • Qualify and nurture prospects to create opportunities for short and long-term sales meetings;
  • Participate in the development of new promotional campaigns as well as automated campaigns from Hubspot with the marketing team;
  • Generate sales meetings with new business opportunities and determine next steps for each opportunity;
  • Attend initial meetings with prospects and handle introductions;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

The keys to your success:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales (preferably in the field of technology, professional services and/or B2B software sales);
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English);
  • Excellent sales and persuasion skills (verbal and written);
  • Strong ability to qualify and generate leads;
  • Good writing skills that capture the commitment and interest of potential customers;
  • Experienced in sales techniques, creative and innovative in approach;
  • Strong interest in the technology and software sector;
  • Ability to follow established processes;
  • Experience with sales and CRM tools preferred (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info);
  • Dynamic, positive attitude and results-oriented.
