What you'll do:

  • Drive the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and qualifications, and make recommendations to the hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and job postings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
