Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive walk-ins from the set of leads given by the PST (Pilot support team) or CSM
- Call > Qualify the eligibility > Convince all candidates (from the list provided by Pilot Support team/CSM, as per the SOP (best practice) to enable walk-ins
- To reduce DND/RNR cases, send bulk WAs from WA FR/relevant plugin at the end of the day
- Maintain call stats in the g-sheets so that PST or pilot head or relevant BD/Pod lead can get the funnel real-time.
- Be prepared to use WA campaign tools to support lead warm-up, if bandwidth permits.
KPI
- Number of Walk-ins per 100 leads given
- Number of lead attempted (churned) as per the SOP (e.g. min 5 times over 3 days)
Location
- WFH permissible. FTE work quality is important vs. In-office presence.
- Preferable based out of BLR so that he/she can travel to office for training 1-2 times in a month
