What can we do for you?

  • Earning potential of €28,816 per annum OTE (based on a combination of weekly salary and monthly commission for outstanding performance).
  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week, €12.70 per hour.
  • Monday to Friday (some Saturdays).
  • Shift Pattern: 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm - subject to change based on business requirements.
  • Exciting additional incentives potentially worth over €3.5k per year.
  • Weekly pay and monthly commission. **Your Role: Join our dynamic team as a Customer Retention Agent, where you will handle incoming calls from current clients, actively contributing to daily targets and objectives. You will demonstrate experience in customer retention and sales, utilising your key competencies for effective cross-selling and up-selling, as well as successfully resolving issues to prevent customer churn. The successful candidate will also communicate with prospective clients both in-person and virtually, conducting meetings to ensure client retention and satisfaction through effective engagement and follow-ups; prior experience in similar roles is essential.Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and empathetic communication is crucial for resolving customer issues and providing excellent service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies can give you an edge in managing and tracking customer interactions efficiently.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles, particularly those requiring multitasking and handling high volumes of inquiries, and cold-calling will underscore your readiness for the job.
  • Retention and Sales Experience: Demonstrating experience in customer retention and sales, such as successfully resolving issues to prevent customer churn, upselling products or services, and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty, will highlight your ability to maintain and grow the customer base.
