We are seeking a proactive and professional B2B Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operating partners' satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will create and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and be a critical liaison between our partners and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Onboarding: Guide new mail center operators through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-trained and comfortable using the Anytime Mailbox platform.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective support to mail center operators, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
  • Training & Advocacy: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to operators in effectively using the platform and implement best practices, serving as their advocate to enhance their experience and maximize their success.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from mail center operators to identify areas for improvement in our platform and services. Work with the product team to implement changes based on this feedback.
