Job Description:
As a Phone Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruiting process, with a focus on high-volume candidate sourcing and outreach. Your primary duties will involve screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified applicants. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to source and recruit candidates for various positions.
• Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews to assess their suitability for open roles.
• Manage and maintain a candidate database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in phone-based sales, recruiting, or high-volume outreach.
• Fluency in English is required (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in email and phone communication.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
