Loopio is a market leader in (RFP) Response Management software, and is the highest ranked solution on G2 amongst all their competitors. They offer an AI-enabled platform that streamlines the process for responding to complex customer requests such as requests for proposals (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and security questionnaires. A recent study by Forrester found a 415% ROI on their market leading product which includes an 85% increase in business won, a 51% increase in responses submitted and a 42% reduction in time required by a bid team resulting in an under 6 month payback period for most customers.

Loopio was founded in 2014 by current CEO Zak Hemraj and current CTO Matt York with the goal of unlocking the vast amount of resources typically associated with participating in an RFP process; thus allowing their clients to win more business. Before creating Loopio, the founders experienced the RFP process to be manual, repetitive, and time-consuming; they knew that there had to be a more efficient way. Their experience became the foundation for Loopio’s customer centricity; a defining aspect of the company’s culture.

With over 1600 customers across the globe, Loopio has a significant market presence in a truly horizontal market. Even still, most companies in Loopio’s target industries don't have a formal Response Management solution in place — which leaves plenty of greenfield opportunity to continue growth and expansion in this dynamic, emerging category. About the Role

The Vice President, Product Management will play a critical role in driving the strategic vision, strategy and execution of our product portfolio at Loopio. This leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle ensuring that our products are innovative, delight customers, and meet our business objectives. This role will be reporting to our Chief Product Officer, and responsible for leading the product management organization. This role will require close partnerships with cross-functional departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving product innovation, excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of SaaS and AI/ML technologies, and experience building B2B SaaS products, ideally in sales-tech.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, business goals, and customer needs.
  • Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Establish KPIs that measure the success and impact of of the product areas, using data and insights for continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring our products remain competitive and relevant.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless product development and go-to-market processes.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining clear product roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and business expectations
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and incorporating feedback into product development.
  • Monitor product performance, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve our product offerings.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Experience leading at scale, with companies greater than $50MM revenue, and more than 300 employees
  • Experience working in multi-product environments with partner ecosystems and portfolio of integrations
  • Experience working with or overseeing a global team, serving a global customer base
  • Experience in hyper-competitive markets/categories
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role directly managing other Product Managers.
  • Extensive experience building and growing B2B SaaS products, ideally in sales-tech.
  • Experience building products that leverage AI/ML. Experience with the RFP industry is a big bonus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional products that solve customer problems and deliver customer value.

Where You'll Work

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We have Hub Regions spanning across Canada, UK, and India, which means that employees live and work remotely within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario),Vancouver (within British Columbia), Ahmedabad (within Gujarat), Pune (within Maharashtra), and London (UK) and work within regular business hours in their timezone.
  • You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually (we’re just a Zoom call away!) and have established core sync hours and focus time during the workday to enable us to work smarter together
