About the Team

This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide consulting services which drive customer success and high adoption of MYOB platforms. This is achieved by working with customers to scope, design and implement solutions to meet their business objectives.

The role is accountable for ensuring that solutions meet customer specifications and to provide customers with a service that continually updates and improves their system use. Work and advice delivered is of high quality, exceeding their service expectations.

It is expected that the role holders will bebrand ambassadors for MYOB through an alignment of company values in their work and decision making; and will be committed to self-directed higher learning for professional and personal development.

About the Role:

•Deliver/configure/build to the agreed scope and solution designed for customer engagements ensuring customers are getting the most out of our platforms

•Prepare and deliver value driven engagements with customers helping them continue to

grow and evolve their business over time. Working with the Customer Success team to ensure consistency in solutions advice

•Estimate the implementation effort for the solution perspective of the delivery for your

functional area when required.

•Deliver and manage customer sign off for documentation as required within the project management and implementation methodologies for Enterprise

•Take ownership of work orders from customers end to end and deliver high quality and high profitable customer engagement.

•Implement solutions with minimal defect and rework required.

•Ensure customer users and employees are upskilled in the product/solution application/use. This includes ensuring the customer understands the change

management required to implement the solution

•Build strong relationships with customers with effective and responsive communication

•Proactively look for opportunities to improve our customer's experience with our

platforms and refer leads to the Customer Success team

•Proactively work with the Customer Success and Support team where required to ensure the customer solution is well understood and any issues resolved

About You:

• Several years of consulting experience within the functional area(s)of knowledge for ERP

type solution delivery

• Experience and proven capabilities with ERP and/or Payroll and/or Workforce Management software delivery

• Good capability with coaching and training delivery to customers
