IT Process Manager

What you'll do

• As a Process Manager (m/f/d) you will play an active role in the global KNAUF IT transformation and you will be driving the design and continuous improvement of plant maintenance solutions in close collaboration with Business Partners and Global Process Owners
• To meet availability and quality targets you will analyze business requirements, consult on the optimization of plan-to-repair processes and design proper IT-based solutions
• Your responsibilities will include defining technical specifications for software development (standards, design patterns, test cases, scenarios) and managing the life cycle of designed solutions
• By actively scanning for relevant innovations and new technologies you will suggest further opportunities to improve our plan-to-repair processes and support a smart maintenance approach
• You support in the roll-out, upgrade and optimization of plant maintenance solutions (e.g. SAP PM, T-Con, SIgga)

Who you are

• You convince us with significant experience in the design, implementation and improvement of IT-based plant maintenance processes in international organizations (inhouse or external)
• The good mix of competences in business process, project and service management concepts and tools (e.g. SAP ASAP, SAP Solution Manager, ITIL, SCRUM), is ideally supplemented by certifications
• You have excellent know how in SAP PM and basic knowledge in related SAP modules (MM, QM), knowledge of T-con and Sigga tools is beneficial
• With your strong communication and conflict resolution skills you act as a collaborative team player within IT and towards business at all levels
• Fluent English and ideally German skills round up your profile
