Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking customers
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
• Provide product information and assist with order placement
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on the company's products and promotions

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
