The CRM & Product Department is responsible for the creation, segmentation, execution of campaigns sent out to Casino and Live Casino customers; as well as the reporting on our main Casino product KPIs.

Purpose of the role:

The Casino CRM & Product Executive is responsible for executing the CRM and Product Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across the Betway product, mainly focus on Casino Online product and strategy. You will be responsible for the success of our game titles (Casino providers) by supporting with the overall casino strategy, as well as for helping to grow the CRM programme across Spain.

The position holder will be involved in collaborating cross functionally with Casino Global team, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Integrations, Creative and Analytics teams as part of an aligned regional strategy. This role revolves around the use of technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.

Thinking strategically, rather than tactically, you’ll drive the quality and profitability of a specific set of Slots, Table Games and Live Dealer products.

As mentioned, the role will be heavily focused on the Casino products (Slots, Roulettes, Live Dealer roulettes) and Marketing delivery communications in the area of Lifecycle, Compliance, AML, KYC, but with the scope to test and learn on all campaign types and products.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and enhancing the overall casino activity.
  • Managing a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, in-app messaging, landing pages.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights and market research from increasing the value our Casino products, to enhance player engagement and retention, such as content updates, initiatives and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborating with Compliance team to ensure all products meet the required jurisdictional compliance whilst always maintaining consideration of responsible gambling.
  • Managing projects with involvement in all Retention and Marketing processes starting from planning up until execution and reporting.
  • Owning the Games product roadmap having final sign off on game mechanics, user flows and detailed specification.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics, A/B testing, and analysing campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Managing content creation with the help of the creative department.
  • Ensuring Betway website is up to date across all platforms (mobile & desktop).
  • Fully supporting the Casino Product (Slots, Table Games and Live Dealer) portfolio with focus on creating innovative.
  • Following-up the Casino Games product roadmap having final sign off on game go-live date.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers across the organisation to inform the Casino Product vision, strategy, features, and prioritisation.
  • Following industry and competitors’ trends, as well as emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving gaming landscape.
  • Reviewing and reporting on campaigns, looking to spot trends we can try to reverse or enhance.

You will have:

  • Experience in the gambling Industry.
  • Interest in Online Casino products.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder, CDP, etc.).
  • Good project management skills.

It would be a bonus if you also have:

  • Background working on Casino Product.
  • Connections within the industry.
  • Exposure and good knowledge of a content management system.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in understanding and diagnosing solutions.
  • Experience with Excel in some capacity.
  • Experience on performance analysis.
