Role Overview

We distinguish ourselves by integrating Product Design as a core practice, recognizing that outstanding user experiences require equal expertise in UX Design, UI Design, UX Research, UX Engineering, and UX QA. Our team comprises specialists in each discipline, collaborating to develop top-tier software for both client-facing and internal tools. We are seeking an experienced Lead Product/UX Designer to leverage their deep knowledge of user research, design processes, and UX best practices to create cutting-edge platforms and applications that set new standards in the digital advertising industry.

What You’ll Do

In this role as a Lead Product/UX Designer at Epsilon, you will combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively demonstrate useful and desirable design concepts. You will apply user-centered design principles to develop efficient digital products, conduct and document comprehensive user research, and stay updated with the latest design practices. You will actively participate in cross-functional meetings, advocate for the Product Design team, enforce and evolve our design system, and ensure accessibility standards are met. Additionally, you will independently conduct usability testing, contribute to design critiques, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle.
