HR Administration Officer

• Remuneration Package: Up to Basic $3,500 + Completion Bonus
• Company: Leading MNC in Chemical Manufacturing
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport Provided at Designated Points)

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Human Resource & Administration department.
• Records Maintenance: Keep employee records up-to-date and accurate.
• Recruitment Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Welfare Coordination: Organize and coordinate welfare and recreational activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Safety & Health: Support the Workplace Safety & Health committee and related activities.
• Safety & Benefits Management: Administer and oversee employees' safety equipment and benefits.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum “O” level with relevant experience. Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field is preferred
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience within HR administration support
• Skills: Strong team player with initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
