Conference Education Program Planner

The Conference Education Program Planner provides project and team support in the design, development, production, delivery, and maintenance of HIMSS Global Conference & Exhibition educational program offerings for both clinical- and non-clinical CE eligible content. To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate will need a high level of agility, organization skills, communication skills, financial acumen and possess the ability to work and interact with colleagues at all levels of seniority. Knowledge of healthcare concepts and terminology is a bonus.

To be successful in this role, the Conference Education Program Planner will serve as a key team member of the Informa Content and Programming Team by working to ensure that the educational programming delivered is highly relevant, impactful, and immersive across target audiences, including but not limited to, HIMSS Global Conference & Exhibition attendees, stakeholders, and others across the digital health ecosystem.
