Your responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial closing and forecasting upcoming PL/CF accounts at project level
• Commercial and administrative transactions management for EPC projects
• Commercial and administrative support of construction teams for realization of renewable power plants
• Coordination and correspondence with business partners, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities
• Review of commercial documents, such as tenders, order, and contacts, and performance of follow-up tasks
• Checking of incoming invoices and issuing outgoing invoices
• Evaluation and preparing of project data for planning, reporting and controlling of the projects
• Preparation and posting of outgoing invoices
• Reviewing and payment execution of incoming invoices
• Daily operation of Invoice System and SAP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable degree
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Experience in working within an international environment setting
• Business fluency in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous
