Paid Social Media Buyer

PopSockets is seeking an analytical, yet creatively minded Paid Social Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. The Paid Social Media Buyer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance marketing initiatives across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social media channels. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve marketing objectives. The focus initially will be in the United States with potential to scale efforts globally. Creating a strong feedback loop with our creative studio will be key to success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Live and embrace the PopSockets ad accounts’ performance and spend pacing.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and messaging.
• Manage and optimize website pixels for accurate campaign measurement, conversion tracking, and retargeting audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in performance marketing with a track record of using cost controls to drive success
• Has deep experience running paid social campaigns for DTC brands (especially with $500k+ monthly spend).
• Is a data whiz with a knack for turning insights into action.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces calculated risks.
• Has a can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience and track record executing campaigns around cost controls.
• Optimistic in all things!

Bonus points if you:

• Have a Facebook Blueprint Certification and/or Google Analytics Individual Qualification Certification.
• Can speak PopSockets fluently (understanding of their target audience and brand voice is a major plus!).
• Innate love and understanding for why PopSockets has infinite upside.
