In this role, you will directly manage a team of Financial Advisors & Planners to maximize their productivity and performance. The individual has responsibility for developing a team of Advisors with high performance in account retention and appropriately pairing suitable solutions to clients. Oversee all aspects of the team including customer portfolio construction and driving AUM in the process.
