Product Quality & Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly ISO 37301, across all aspects of product development and operation/ manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is responsible for keeping a company’s activities within the guidelines, regulations and ethical expectations of their field. Their duties include monitoring business operations and reporting infractions, reviewing company policies for possible risks and liabilities and researching legal requirements for new initiatives. Also, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compliance requirements, experience in building materials or related industries, and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining compliance programs. This role is a cooperate with global role and will require significant travel across multiple countries.

Requirements

Must to have:

1. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 implementation and ISO 37301 standards and other relevant regulatory requirements
2. English -listening, writing and speaking

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred in quality management, quality systems, engineering business management chemical engineering, or similar or equivalent industrial experience in a quality management role;
• A Minimum of 8 plus years of experience in product compliance management with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably experience in the TIC industry, supplies chain management or related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining compliance programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Certification in product compliance management or related fields is a plus, ie. ISO 9001, ISO 37301, AQA, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 17065...etc
