Job Description

Work Arrangement:

This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

The Role:

The Global Talent Project Coordinator will act as a strategic planner and launch captain for new learning programs across all functions at General Motors.

Reporting to the Global Talent Program Manager, this role will craft and oversee the roll out plan and communications for new and existing learning offerings to the company. You will also own and maintain the Global Talent information sites and supporting materials available to employees

The ideal candidate has experience in talent management strategy and/or communications. Experience in a technical talent management function is ideal but not required.
