Reporting to the Marketing Director, the individual will be responsible for planning, managing, optimizing, and analyzing the performance of media campaigns in specific regions on behalf of our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan the marketing mix for specific countries to maximize effectiveness across various products, including both performance-driven and branding campaigns.
  • Optimize existing campaigns while identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Set up campaigns in Adserver, ensuring proper tracking and data visibility.
  • Create design briefs for brand and performance campaigns, including banner content.
  • Proofread creative work produced by agencies for the assigned markets.
  • Regularly evaluate media efforts with a focus on ROI and targets.
  • Report on campaign performance on a weekly basis.
  • Build strong internal connections to ensure collaboration between departments, particularly with other marketing teams (Affiliates, SEO, and PPC) to maximize results.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively to market changes.
  • Achieve department and personal KPIs as set by management.
  • Report any irregularities in traffic.
  • Monitor the agency's marketing spend to ensure alignment with agreed budgets.
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends as required by the business.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing management role within the iGaming industry.
  • A degree in Marketing or a post-graduate marketing certification.
  • Experience in digital media buying and optimization.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English (additional language skills are an advantage).
  • Experience working on performance marketing campaigns and brand campaigns (TV, Programmatic, Digital TV, PPC, SEO, and Social Media).
  • Familiarity with Adserver tools and various creative formats.
  • Knowledge of tags and GTM is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
