Position Summary
Responsible for supporting price management and order processing
Essential Functions
- Supports on Price Management
- Quotation preparation, including price creation and tracking
- Price calculation, including annual cost reduction, surcharge and rebate agreements
- Contract review kick-off and filing
- Customer credit and classification review
- Manage and maintain Customer Master Data in Salesforce and SAP
- Work with internal team and follow up for PPAP / ISIR request, drawing review and new tools / new part number application etc. related RFQs
- Sales analysis reports run out of from BI system
- ECR follow up
- Other operations for supporting new business development
- Supports on Order Processing
- Order processing and forecast input in SAP
- Work on EDI platform and customer portal
- Price maintenance in SAP
- Rebate calculation and crdite note creation
- AR overdue collection support
- Review and manage Customer Specification documentations
- Coordinate and fulfill for emergency demands
- L2L dispatch
- Awareness and particifpation for WCOps initiative
