  • Responsible for AC Strategy in the region .
  • Works with BU & portfolio team to ensure product gaps in market are filled promptly . Also, to ensure the new product launches meet its volume plans.​
  • Ensure business targets on GMs, PCRs, EBIT is delivered through appropriate steering.​
  • Plan for future course of business in line with the strategy. Ensures set KPIs are met and constantly optimized​.
  • Leads local marketing teams and steers regional marketing team to deliver defined project scope in time and considering budget restrictions. ​
  • Reports status to global brand strategy, involves all relevant stakeholders, bring required parties together in case of conflicts.​
  • Tracks the successful implementation and execution of the marketing concepts in the ​countries according to REACT framework​.
  • Reports success stories as well as deviation to initiate counter measures​.
  • Identifies potential conflicts between different stakeholders and parties and ensure efficient and successful resolution​.
  • Enables countries for successful marketing implementation​.
  • Guides, coaches and develops regional Marketing team members as well as target responsibility for the Local User Journey Marketing Manager (CSO).​
  • Establish right pull for the product across relevant channel .
  • Represent region's voice in global forums .

Requirements

Engineer, MBA with 10+ years' experience in the field of trade business and marketing.
