We are searching for an experienced Regional Vice President, Sales that has a passion for technology and a solid track record in second line leadership working in a high growth tech environment. As we continue to break into bigger deals, and formalize our support for the larger enterprise segment, this sales department within Datadog will blaze the path for the organization's growth.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead a team of first line managers; building, developing and training enterprise teams
  • Drive a team to sales quota attainment on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop and execute a high-growth strategy to increase customer acquisition
  • Continuously evaluate the sales process, finding sales processes to break into new markets and expand current markets
  • Maintain and develop team forecasts
