About the role:

You will lead a team of 11 Financial Data Analysts, ensuring the completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and validity of balance sheet data. Your team will address data timeliness and accuracy challenges and maintain master data as part of the finance flow processing. As a manager, you will contribute to the Change the Bank agenda by providing an end-to-end perspective and adapting to evolving needs by ensuring relevant processes supporting the change are implemented.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• 5+ years’ experience in accounting or other finance-related areas
• 1+ years’ experience in people management and good skills in coaching
• Academic degree, preferably in finance/accounting
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
• Ability to adapt and respond to change, accept new challenges

€3,800 - €5,600 a month

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
