IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager who will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of computer systems and networks within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will implement and maintain our company’s computing needs.

The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience. and a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes.

• Maintain Information Technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate It and electronic data operations.
• Ensure security of data and network access and compliance with security policies.
• Manage IP Phone System.
• Manage, budget and track a specific set of licenses used within the divisions for applications like engineering drawings, estimation, bid tracking and others.
• Manage ISP connections for offices and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security, and controls structures.
• Purchase IT infrastructure and make recommendations for information systems.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce information system policies in alignment with customer requirements.
• Provide local and remote support for all aspects of IT troubleshooting.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in information technology and networks.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• Knowledge and understanding of registries, group policy enforcement, and active directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
• Experience with VMWare.
• Knowledge of Firewalls and switching.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.

Salary Range: $80k-$110k/yr. DOE.
