Sr. Localization Program Management Associate

The Opportunity:

The localization team is responsible for the development of content-based products to be translated and distributed around the globe. The program management team is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and planning for the entire global localized product portfolio across Mattel. We work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Translations, and Manufacturing to ensure on time delivery of products around the globe.

Mattel is looking for a Localization Program Management Associate II to join our product development team located at the Fisher-Price headquarters in East Aurora, NY. You will help program manage the global localization portfolio for Mattel in collaboration with a worldwide, cross-functional team consisting of representatives from Development, Marketing, Manufacturing, and others throughout the product development process.
