About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Operations who will oversee the daily operations of various key functions within the organization, including customer service, group and Video Consult, Medical claims, business process management, the letter of guarantee team, care coordinator team.

The ideal candidate requires a strategic leader with exceptional operational management skills and a deep understanding of customer service excellence, Medical Insurance knowledge and claims processing.

This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Director, Operations
