About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Partnership Lead who excels in both sales and maintaining customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diagnostic products and services to healthcare facilities, laboratories, and medical professionals and the opportunity to form up strategic partnership with the medical professional for Medical Tourism support. Additionally, you will build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the diagnostic industry.

The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.

This role reports directly to the Director, Provider Management.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for diagnostic products and services.

  • Develop and establish partnership with doctors for Medical tourism support in Singapore.

  • Identify and qualify new leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of the Healthcare Providers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer needs.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, detailing sales activity, pipeline status, and achievements.

About you

  • Prior experience in diagnostic sales, with a strong understanding of laboratory and healthcare environments.
  • Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment
  • Detailed oriented person and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
