Supply Chain Depot Manager – Grenada

Be part of our Grenada Depot Team as the Supply Chain Depot Manager. You will lead and execute the strategic people plan to empower a high performing culture and build capability within the business. What you’re responsible for

· Be hands-on leader who leads by example, inspiring and guiding the team through action.

· Lead and execute the strategic people plan to empower a high performing culture.

· Ensure safety is the always the focus and standards are delivered across all Journey to Zero measures.

· Lead the daily depot activities based on the distribution of chilled and ambient goods.

· Ensure the depot is efficiently resourced and maintain operations within budgets.

· Report, follow up and address all issues that may arise on site, including people, performance, fleet, and safety issues.

· Continuous improvement and simplification strategies, to enhance operations and/or to reduce cost.

· Be the driving force around our service and guiding operational excellence.

· Challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.

· Work collaboratively with the wider Supply Chain and Transport Leadership team.

· Hours of work is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 16:30pm with some flexibility as a requirement

What skills and experience you need

· Experience in Supply Chain and/or FMCG is preferred, but not essential.

· Proven people leader with ability to think on your feet and be responsive in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent planning and communication skills – both written and verbal.

· You will be a doer, capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work.

· A willingness to learn, keep an open-mind and strive for continuous improvement.

· Clear ability to manage safety and wellbeing across all facets of a logistical operation
